Water, Wastewater and Seawater Analyses

Water Analyses

Water analyses are of great importance for human health and environmental protection. These analyses aim to determine the chemical, physical, and biological properties of water to ensure clean and safe drinking water. During the analyses, various parameters such as pH level, hardness, minerals, and heavy metals are checked. These analyses are essential for evaluating water quality and detecting possible contaminants.

Wastewater Analyses

Wastewater analyses are conducted to identify the pollutants carried by industrial and domestic wastewater before and after treatment. These analyses measure the quantity of organic and inorganic substances in the water, evaluating the effectiveness of treatment plants and their potential environmental impacts. Parameters such as Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD), Biochemical Oxygen Demand (BOD), heavy metals, oil, and grease are examined in wastewater analyses. Accurate analyses ensure that wastewater is safely returned to nature.

Seawater Analyses

Seawater analyses are crucial for the protection and sustainable use of marine ecosystems. Seawater can be exposed to natural and anthropogenic pollutants. Therefore, regular monitoring of the chemical, physical, and biological properties of seawater is necessary. Parameters such as salinity, temperature, dissolved oxygen, nutrients, heavy metals, and microplastics are examined in seawater analyses. These analyses contribute to the protection of marine life and the sustainable use of marine resources.

As Arıtsan Environmental Measurement and Analysis Laboratory, we conduct comprehensive physical, chemical, and biological analyses for water, wastewater, and seawater. We collect samples from all regions of Turkey. Our laboratory is authorized by the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization, and Climate Change of the Republic of Turkey and holds the TS EN ISO/IEC 17025 TURKAK accreditation certificate. We are among the top 10 laboratories in our country providing services in this field.
