As ARITSAN Environmental Measurement and Analysis Laboratory, we maintain the quality of our services by ensuring good professional and technical practices, complying with legal requirements, operating in the shortest possible time, adhering to the principle of equality, and meeting customer requirements economically. We uphold the principles of impartiality, independence, honesty, confidentiality, and reliability.

To carry out our services with a customer-oriented approach that turns customer demands into satisfaction; to ensure the continuous training of our personnel and support them in keeping up with technological developments; to maintain continuity in our relationships with our suppliers through systematic evaluations; to perform our services in accordance with national and/or international standards and internal methods published or validated by reliable organizations, using appropriate equipment and trained expert personnel, within a management approach bound by laws and ethical values; to continue our operations as a company that can adapt to changing conditions, compete without compromising principles, and continuously expand its service area, improve its services, and increase its efficiency.

To increase the effectiveness of the quality management system established in accordance with the requirements of TS EN ISO/IEC 17025:2017; to identify and minimize risks, to carry out quality activities effectively, to monitor and develop personnel competence, to manage customer feedback, and to operate the system healthily with the participation of our employees, aiming for continuous development and continuous improvement.

As the management of ARITSAN Environmental Measurement and Analysis Laboratory, in line with all these principles, we commit to keeping our laboratory and personnel free from commercial, financial, and other pressures that could affect technical decisions, monitoring the performance of the quality management system with measurable targets, enhancing its effectiveness, and continuously improving it.
